A veteran Cardinals player, tight end Maxx Williams, was stripped to give Dallas the ball later on Arizona's first possession. The Cardinals gave up 12 yards on 4th and 10 on the ensuing drive for the Cowboys with Garrett Gilbert completing a pass to Michael Gallup.

On the 10th play of that drive, however, the Cardinals were able to stop the Cowboys on 4th and 3 to end Dallas' drive deep in Cardinals territory.
