So basically you are agreeing that holding money from salary is ok and since you are current employee your salary is being witheld in this company and they are taking money from you to pay for vacation and visa related expense. You will feel miserable and be treated as a slave. If they do they will take your own money and give you insurance and bonus. If you have lost money hire a lawyer and sue them.
