My family and I had such a wonderful time all the staff were so friendly and kind I cannot day enough good things about my experience! I went to Kleinfelds first not intending to find anything just as education. Kira was amazing! She listened and brought out amazing dresses. Although I went back to narrow it down and try one the dress I loved it. She was there each time and ma My dress was an Allure Bridals gown, style I had Antonella as my consultant and she was absolutely fabulous.

She asked me what style I had wanted and I told As soon as I saw it, my eyes lit up. Antonella was amazing and truly made my day special. I was very worried about my dress as they had to hem a lot off the bottom. The Kleinfeld experience is one of a kind. They really do a great job of making your dress shopping and fitting experience as memorable and flawless as possible. The level of service is really impeccable.

The experience at Kleinfelds was everything I dreamed of and more. It was surreal to step inside the doors and even more unbelievable to see the familiar faces all around from Say Yes to the Dress. Everyone was extremely professional and h I had gone to a few other stores in the area, some of which were not great experiences, and my experience at Kleinfelds blew them all out of the water!

I was so happy to be paired with Dianne because she listened to my wants and was the one who picked out the dress I ended up falling in love with! I got the chance to meet Hayley- she was incredibly sweet and was able to help me make some custom changes to a dress to make it perfect for me. After I said Yes to my dress, the finance department helped make the process easy. I had my dress shipped to me since I lived out of state which was nerve wrecking but it arrived in mint condition.

The experience at Kleinfelds is worth every penny!!!! Amazing experience! They were so warm and friendly and pulled some gorgeous dresses for me and really made the whole appointment a wonderful time for both me I would highly recommend an appointment with them. They had excellent taste and were delightful to work with! I found my dream wedding dress at Kleinfeld Bridal and really enjoyed my experience picking it out! However, what really blew me away was my experience with getting my dress fitted.

I have never heard someone comment on how well a bride's dress I highly recommend having your dress fitted at Kleinfeld. Sara was a rockstar! I hit a point towards the end of my appointment with her, thinking that I may never find the dress. She pulled through for me with flying colors, veil, belt and all. She never rushed me, never made me feel like I had to mad She simply listened and really delivered. I loved my dress, it was perfect for me and my body type along with the most beautiful cathedral veil.

I had a great experience at Kleinfeld's and would recommend them to anyone. They had many dresses within my price range and never made me feel like I had to expand my budget to get what I wanted. At the risk of sounding like a cliche, my Kleinfeld experience truly made me feel like a princess. When I went to pick out a dress I had Debbie as my consultant, and she understood my vision immediately.

I tried on about 5 dresses, and found th It was a Michelle Roth gown, and since it was during her trunk show I got to meet her. She helped pick out the perfect veil to go with the dress.

She gave me her card and told me to come back the next morning if I wanted the dress. I also went with Kleinfeld for alterations, and that whole process was smooth as well. Lule was my fitter, and she made me feel beautiful during every fitting. She talked through all of the changes they would make, and listened to me to make sure the dress looked exactly how I wanted. During my second fitting, one of the managers came up to us and asked if this was the final one because the dress already fit so well.

It turned out to be everything I wanted in my dress. My experiences at Kleinfeld were excellent. My bridal consultant was wonderful. She found the dresses I wanted to try on and got me in and out o I said yes to the dress I knew I wanted even before my now husband proposed and it was the perfect choice for me. I returned to Kleinfeld for my fittings and every time, I was met with welcoming smiles and professionalism. I even met the owner and stayed in touch with him during the process of the alterations.

He is a kind- and warm-hearted man who only wants to make sure each bride is more than happy with her dress. His personal touch when it comes to customer service is impeccable. Can not say enough great things about Kleinfeld!!

Worth every penny to have My seamstress was a blast to work with and I honestly miss seeing her every few weeks! The detail and care they took packaging my dress kept it in amazing condition for the day of. Thank you for helping me get the dress of my dreams!!! From the minute you walk in, up until your initial meeting with your bridal consultant, the entire experience was flawless and extremely well executed.

Everything that happens on the TLC show I was blown away with the service and staff who made me feel extremely comfortable and important, as every bride should be! The designer of my dress Pnina Torani had a trunk show the weekend I was there trying on dresses so I even got to meet her! She was extremely sweet and down to earth. It was such a cool experience to have without being on the show! From my first time trying on dresses to my final fitting, everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient.

I unfortunately had Rosaria as a consultant who was silent the whole appointment, talking to other people while I was trying on dresses and told me the dress I liked the most was plain I felt so uncomfortable I left my appointment after 30 minutes.

I took a day off work and had family meet me in NY for the appointment which was a mistake. I am from South Jersey and ended up buying a dress from a family owned boutique and I am so happy I did. Completely different experience!

If you go ask for a consultant who actually cares! Rosaria unfortunately ruined my experience and I refused to purchase a dress from somewhere who could care less. We ordered the dresses online fully expecting to do alterations. Went to Kleinfeld just for the experience and left purchasing a dress. Biggest obstacle next was to decide where to get my dress altered since I am from DE. I ended up making the trips to Kleinfeld because I decided in the end I didn't want any Avalon was excellent in her precision to make my dress fit my body.

They listened to all my needs, and even contacted the designer to get me new sleeves for my dress since they ended up not fittingcorrectly. I truly believe the alterations that were made at Kleinfeld could not have been done anywhere else.

They are truly experts in what they do. I know that a bride always receives compliments, but all of our guests raved over the beauty of the dress. I was truly a princess for the day, I never wanted to take it off. I will always recommend Kleinfeld to anyone!

Also, the best advice I could give someone is browse the website before your appointment and pick out dresses you would like to try on. If I had not done that, I feel that the appointment would have been overwhelming with the selections of gowns. The Kleinfeld staff was wonderful in helping me find the perfect wedding dress! I was ecstatic! She really is a doll. She was patient with me and honest. After all the dresses I tried on, I kept going back to the first dress. It was just meant to be. It was the dress of my dreams. She knew what I wanted from the start. As per my alterations girl Lule — she was just a doll. She was beyond amazing and did the alterations so beautifully. The alterations manager came up to me and explained that she would not deliver the dress until all beads would be checked and that they would hand deliver it to me Tuesday 3 days before the wedding.

Thankfull they delivered it on Tuesday at 4PM but my anxiety was through the roof! Overall, Kleinfeld is an amazing place. They made my wedding dress dreams come true!!!! Kleinfeld was obviously on my list and I was extremely impressed with the customer service, knowledge, My consultant, Candace, was so helpful throughout the entire experience and even through the final stages of getting my dress ordered. I am so happy I got my dress here! Sherry made me feel so comfortable and picked all the right choices.

She pushed me out of my comfort zone to help me find the right dress for my body type. It looked absolutely beautiful. Avalon was my fitter The alterations were so beautifully done and she was so amazing. I never wanted to take it off. It was comfortable and elegant and I could dance the night away in it. Kleinfeld was wonderful in accommodating all of my schedule needs when it came to my fittings.

Finding THE dress was a d I felt like I was on TV! I admit, I scrolled through some of these reviews on Friday and I started to get a little nervous. I read stories of girls who were sizes 14 and I read stories of girls who had modest budgets who felt rushed through their appointments in order to usher in girls with higher budgets and more opportunity for commission… so I had my apprehensions before my appointment on Sunday.

I experienced NONE of the above. Paula was my consultant and I have nothing but the best things to say about her. I read reviews that recommend emailing in your favorites dresses ahead of your appointment. Paula had them in hand, printed out, and ready to go when she introduced herself to myself and my mom.

She used the favorites as a guide map — helping her to pull dresses she thought fit my styles and silhouettes that fell within my budget. They were my two favorite dresses I tried on all day tried on 7 total. They were so different but both so perfect. Nothing was beating these top 2 dresses. Paula asked me the famous question and I was SO glad to say yes at Kleinfeld.

Perfect place to find a dress. Everyone was super nice. The first day when I went to select a dress - it was amazing. I went in august I waited an hour to be seen for a 5 minute measurement.

I pay it and in April I get my dress in. First fitting goes well. On my way to the 2nd fitting they call to tell me my girl is out if I want to reschedule - NOPE find me someone new. I waited 35 minutes after my appointment time to be seen after they reassured me that a manager would be taking over my fitting.

No one needs added stress to their big day Kleinfeld was the best decision we could have made for my daughter's bridal gown. It is a memory I will treasure forever! Everyone was very nice to us and the selection of gowns was awesome. She finally loved one after 12 rejections; Michelle w Avalon, the seamstress made her look beautiful in it after listening to her and making the gown hers with additions to the sleeves and decreasing the tulle.

My Kleinfeld experience was even better than I hoped it would be! The salon is a truly magical place. Be sure you know the height of the shoe you will be wearing. They will measure you and tell you to buy a larger size. I was measured at an 8 and ended up taking in my dress 3 times.

I could have bought a 4. Do not do alterations there. I emailed the dress maker and they included in with the dress for free for me! Do NOT buy the veil until you receive the dress. Many designers will include an accessory free of charge. Have fun!! It truly was fun, but I would have done the buying and fitting process differently if I had known.

I loved the dresses that I found. Unfortunately the experience afterwards has been less than stellar. After being in the beautiful albeit busy salon. You're shortly escorted to financial services area.

It's a nondescript office resembling a closet. The headiness of finding the perfect dress quickly disappears and feels more like a dentist visit. To add to the frustration, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone or to get them to call you back to just get your dress delivered. I've called multiple different numbers over several days. You'll just get a recording even after repeated attempts at calling during their business hours or they'll call you and not leave a message!

I had a rush order for an elopement - hopefully I get my dress before the ceremony! You would think that they'd have an answering service - uh no!

It's stressful enough organizing a wedding - just don't expect much in customer service after you paid your bill! I went to Kleinfeld like every other newly engaged girl does, with hopes of finding the perfect gown. I completed my online profile and selected all of the dresses I was interested in. After meeting with my consultant she pulled several dresse As it became clear that I wasn't really finding what I wanted she let me walk around the show room which is completely useless because it is too crowded, and each rack is crammed end to end with dresses.

She "helped" me narrow down my options to two extremely different dresses. One higher priced Pnina Tornia, and another lower priced Maggie Sottero. Noticing how different the options were should have obviously been a red flag. My consultant heavily pushed the Pnina gown, only pointing out what was "great" about it, and every time I, or my mom, voiced our concerns she quickly offered that they could do this and that in alterations to 'make it better'.

I reached out to Kleinfeld asking for partial store credit on my deposit not even asking for it all - just some - which seems reasonable to me. They are refusing to do anything other than invite me back and "maybe consider" a discount on a new dress - either that or I would be literally forced to wear a dress I don't like to my wedding.

Nothing about this place is worth it - the travel, the experience, or the people. Kleinfeld is in the business of making money and nothing else. They don't care about you, your wedding, or even having satisfied customers. My experience at Kleinfeld was truly a dream. They are one of a kind, caring, patient, dedicated and made sure every time I left there I Everyone was so terrific and I am beyond grateful and blessed to have met such helpful and amazing people.

I had been saving money for white some time as I knew I would be buying my own dress and wanted to look like the princess I aspired to be. Diane was amazing and made me feel right at home. It only took 3 dresses to find the one of my dreams; a satin ball gown I had been eyeing for seasons and seasons. I was able to meet Pnina when I said yes and it was just a dream come true! I got married April 7th and received endless compliments on my dress! Kleinfeld was perfect! Nobody judged or anything and when we found the right dress, my husband and I we Absolutely loved the experience, totally worth traveling for! If you are larger than a 10 don't waste your time. Difficult to see what will look right on you.

Brought pics in of what I wanted to try and the consultant brought nothing in that looked remotely like what I showed. Had an amazing experience at Kleinfeld! It really is something being a Kleinfeld bride. While the staff is definitely not as This was comforting to me as I live on the west coast and was nervous about having my dress be shipped across the country, but Kleinfeld packs the dress so well you'd never know it came from a box.

The fitters and adjusters at Kleinfeld were amazing. First of all, they found me the perfect dress. I looked streamline while maintaining my curves at the same time. They made the right adjustments and advised me on the body changes I could exp Oh, and they gave me the perfect advice to transport my dress to the destination wedding. Their service was second to none and their price was quite competitive.

Not cheap, but the service and attention to detail were worth every penny. From the time of appointment booking, I never received a confirmation email. I did not receive a confirmation email for that phone call either. When I arrived in the store, they appeared to misplace the appointment, but after furnishing a screen shot, I was able to be seen.

Appointment did not start until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. When I met with Rosaria, my bridal consultant, I was excited despite the hiccups which had occurred up until that point. Another 10 minutes passed while Rosaria went to check what could be rushed. Rosaria expected me to make a decision in that condition. I tried on another dress again, not the style I requested and it fit better. Still being interested in the first one, I asked if they had a bigger size.

Like this was going to give me a clear picture of what I would look like on my wedding day. We were dumbfounded. Perhaps the most insulting thing which occurred was when I tried on the last dress. I tried on a blush dress which was beautiful, but not my desired silhouette. At this point, it was too little too late. Go somewhere they will treat you with dignity. I have watched "Say Yes to the Dress" for years so when my mom planned a trip to New York for a race, I knew I had to go just for the experience.

I had no intention of purchasing a dress. I'm from Texas so I thought if I found something I liked Dianne was my consultant and she was phenomenal.

I took my mom and two maids of honor with me to my appointment. Dianne found a lot of options based on what I was looking for and helped me quickly narrow down the choices. I'm very indecisive so it was really intimidating to be put on the spot, especially since it was my first big wedding purchase.

I found a dress I absolutely loved in my price range and ended up getting it! It didn't arrive until 8 weeks before the wedding I purchased it 8 months before so the wait was a long one and I really hoped I still liked the dress when it arrived.

After alterations were done in Texas, it was perfect and I had so many compliments. I highly recommend Kleinfeld and their consultants! I cannot say enough great things about Kleinfeld. My experience was unmatched! It was pure magic. I felt like I was Cinderella getting fitted for I highly recommend going. Awesome selection of dress. Amazing personal service. They did so with grace and anticipation of any upcoming problems before they arose with there extensive experience.

Thankfully they The appointment went so well until it got to the last few minutes and I still didn't say yes to a dress. My consultant, Brandi, pulled the final dress out and that was it!! I fell in love and said yes! My fittings were such an easy task! I worked with Maria and she made sure everything was right. My mom, dad, and both of my sisters came to fittings and it was extremely comfortable. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience Kleinfeld provides for brides!

Kleinfeld is know for being the best, and they simply were. We had Diane as our consultant, she picked the most beautiful dresses in our budget. They were so professional and not pretentious. I ended up purchasing the second dress by Pronovias, I can't recommend enough getting your gown fitted there, our fitter Maria did an excellent job.

There was nothing I enjoyed about this experience. My consultant Kelsey was inauthentic and lacked anything above basic people skills-I felt that I was trying harder to make her comfortable when it should have been the other way around. I wish Kleinfeld's accepted less appointments because the crowded lobby and showroom was overwhelming and frustrating as I was not able to have the intimate, personalized experience that every bride should be able to have.

I had to have my family seated way far away from where I was changing and at times had to wait for other brides to move from the mirrors in front of my family. Kelsey did not listen to any feedback I gave her regarding dress styles and informed me that you did not carry many dresses like I was wanting sweetheart necklines, illusion necklines, beaded tops-I was very flexible with the style I was looking for even outside of these requests and would bring me dresses that were completely different without explaining any reason for it.

I felt rushed and my appointment was cut at least 20 minutes short and was not seen at my appointment time close to 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby.

I left this appointment devastated and felt as if me being there was a nuisance. I will not be recommending Kleinfeld Bridal to anyone who wants a positive bridal dress shopping experience. If I could give Kleinfleds 10 stars I would! Such an amazing experience. They work with your budget, put you in dresses that actually fit and really take care of you!

I loved every minute of my experience working with Kleinfleds. We even did my I'll start off by saying in the end, Kleinfeld did everything that I asked them to, and for that, I am grateful. My overall experience, however, is the reason I am giving it 1 star and would not recommend my family or friends to buy their wedd My first consultation at Kleinfeld's I thought was a positive experience.

My consultant listened to what I was looking for and helped me select and narrow down my dress choices. I chose 1, along with a veil, and ordered it. Waited almost 7 months for it to come in. Once it came in and I went for my first fitting, the color was completely different than the dress I ordered. They stated the 'lighting is different on the first floor than it is on the 2nd floor' and that is why the color is different.

How is that OK? How do you sell dresses and give that response and think that is acceptable? The dress when I tried it on initially was clipped so much in the back that the consultant did not realize it had a very long train, and neither did I, since she was the one who put me into the dress and clipped me.

When my gown came in for my first fitting, my dress had an EXTREMELY long train and the veil she guided me to buy looked absolutely ridiculous and did not even match since the color was no the same. They had no response and would not tell my original consultant that there was an issue. After many fittings and many alterations later, I went to pick up my dress. When I picked up the dress, they forgot the veil. I had to ask them where it was and they told me 'I already took it home', which I did not.

I had to ask 3 times for them to find my veil and that I was not leaving the store without the veil that I payed for and needed for my wedding in 2 days. No one came out to apologize - the gracious man who helped me bring my dress to the car was the one they gave it to - they would not face me after they realized they were wrong.

I wish I could say my wedding dress experience was a great one - but it was not. It is supposed to be the most exciting and fun part of the wedding process and Kleinfeld's unfortunately made it one of the least enjoyable parts for me.

I thank them for in the end making it work but not without a fight. We all know bridal sizes run 2 sizes smaller then street sizes. All of the dresses they brought in were a size 16 or 18; how can you say this is plu Additionally, the level of customer service was terrible.

Just slightly better than drunk-texting an ex. For the most part, I felt like they didn't listen to my requests. The final straw came several weeks after my second appointment. I noticed a bride-to-be being sold the very same Pnina Trina encouraged me to try. The woman was, minimum, one foot taller than me. Though dresses are altered to fit the bride, certain genetically-given proportions do not fly in the same design — there is a huge difference between dresses designed for a person over 6 feet, and person who barely exceeds little-people height that would be me.

I felt disrespected. After this incident followed by a glass of wine , I spoke to a friend who recently bought a dress at Kleinfeld, but had a different criteria and body type. Guess what?

Trina, who was coincidentally her consultant, showed us the same dresses. I know, I know. You're shocked. I feel like reality television tricked me.

Instead, she will prioritize her bottom line — not how your bottom looks in a mermaid-style number — like the proverbial evil stepmom, not fairy dressmother.

TLC, appealing to the lowest common denominator in us all, has convinced me of many strange things. Listen to your instincts, not a reality show. Remember that this is your dress. You deserve to feel valued while wearing it, and shopping for it.
