We made it back down to the Water Tower Place area and the area around the old pumping station was shoulder to shoulder people. J and I started looking at gift boxes and she tried to talk me into buying giant Hershey bars for Christmas presents. There was a loud screeching over the intercom and the music stopped. Then, we heard a voice start talking about frosting cupcakes. We made our way to the back of the store where the cafe is and found a baker singing and putting on a cupcake frosting show for the dozens of people crammed into the back of the store.
Since everyone was watching the guy frost, it made it easier for us to keep looking at candy. It started getting crowded again, so J and I headed towards the door figuring my brother and his wife would figure it out eventually. On the way out, I passed the same security guard who gave me another square of chocolate, so I took it and headed outside where my brother just happened to have the same idea and he ducked out of a side door. There were a lot of neat gift ideas that you could only get there.
