Steering rack may be replaced with stock car parts, bolted in. No welding. Hood sheet metal must remain over top of fan blade. If hood is removed, mechanical fan blade must also be removed. Electric fans are permitted. Shock type bumpers are allowed and can be welded or bolted directly to the end of the frame rail. No more than 3 cross bars. No kickers front or rear.
