Thomas Jorgensen Chief Operating Officer Gina joined the staff as a Heritage Home Program Assistant in Through her position in the Heritage Home Program, Gina assists homeowners as they begin renovation projects by providing information, answering questions, and scheduling site visits.
Gina is a certified urban planner and brings along experience working in large cities, rural areas, and engagement with diverse communities in addressing property needs and revitalization. Jessica joined the staff in as an assistant in the Heritage Home Program and was promoted to Heritage Home Program Associate in She facilitates loan applications, provides technical assistance and preservation advice to homeowners.
Jessica has a M. Garfield National Historic Site. Anne Doten Director of Development Anne joined CRS in February In her role as Director of Development, she develops and implements fundraising strategies to secure contributed income through individual gifts, memberships, and grants.
Anne has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including nearly five years at a National Historic Landmark in Miami, Florida, where she raised significant grant funding for historic preservation projects. She holds a M. She works within the Heritage Home Program department where she helps homeowners learn more about the program and provides information about the various services available to them.
Abigail has a M. Debra brings over 20 years of business management experience to the organization, from the Ozanne Construction Company to the Chartwell Group. She is experienced in working with real estate accounts and handles the audits and financial reporting for CRS. Margaret joined the staff in May of as an assistant in the Heritage Home Program. In August of she transitioned into the role of organizational development.
In this role, Margaret provides technical assistance and building assessments, conducts surveys and facilitates historic designation. Margaret continues as editor of Facade magazine and has oversight over other CRS publications. Margaret holds a M. Katie joined the staff as Development and Marketing Assistant in June She works within the Development department, assisting with event planning, fundraising, and membership.
Katie also assists with writing and editing grant proposals, managing our social media accounts, the monthly email newsletter, Perspectives , and our semi-annual magazine, Facade. Katie is a graduate of the Ohio State University, having earned her B. Greg Malenda Construction Specialist Greg joined the Cleveland Restoration Society in June to work on the Dall-Mays houses and shortly after, was promoted to a seasonal Construction Specialist.
Clean gutters of any roofing debris. Check for any projecting nails and drive in. Install a layer of 30 felt over the deck; lap all seams at least two inches. Studs are to align with floor joists or rafters. Exterior walls will include structural sheathing and or wind bracing properly secured to top and bottom plates. Contractor should provide the homeowner with a minimum ten year warranty against leakage before the final payment.

Submit samples of all hardware prior to installation for approval by the homeowner and CRS. Moulding should match the existing, when no pattern is indicated, obtain approval from CRS for the use of the closest available stock or sound salvaged moulding. In leaded glass window repair, the original glass should always be retained, but when replacement is needed, match existing glass panels in texture, pattern, and color.

Open-flame torches, sandblasting, and water blasting are not allowed. When preparing other wood surfaces for painting, remove all loose, alligatored, or damaged paint to the sound substrate using sharp drag scrapers, heat plates, heat guns, followed by hand sanding, or mechanical sanders equipped with HEPA vacuums.
Do not paint when the temperature is or will be below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, when rain or cooler weather appears likely, or on surfaces that are not completely dry.
